We host conferences, meetings, trainings, retreats, banquets, holiday parties, and corporate celebrations. With over 10,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space, we can accommodate groups from 2 to 350+ guests.

We’re located at 7146 P Road in Gladstone, MI, right on Lake Michigan. Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.

Your rental includes the event space, tables and chairs, linens, basic setup and teardown, some audio visual, and on-site event coordination. Inclusions may vary by event.

Yes! We’re happy to schedule a tour, either in person or virtually, so you can see the space and discuss details before booking.

Basic AV options such as microphones and projection are included. Our team can assist with setup and help coordinate additional needs.

Yes, a retainer is required to secure your event date and space.

Cancellation terms vary by event and are outlined in your contract at the time of booking.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, all food and beverages for events are provided by the Terrace Bay Hotel. Outside food and drinks aren't permitted, with the exception of wedding cakes or cupcakes from a licensed baker.
